NoshyCircle Crowdfunding Case Study
Drop Studio had the opportunity to work with NoshyCircle, a young brand slated to disrupt the fast food delivery sector with healthy home-cooked meal options. Geared with a core team of experienced individuals with expertise in different spheres such as Marketing, Technology, Strategy and Operations, NoshyCircle aims to become the lifestyle of the future. To focus on the growing fast food market, NoshyCircle chose the crowdfunding route and approached us for campaign support on Crowdcube and to help them create a crowdfunding campaign video. As a result, the NoshyCircle crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube closed at 130% funded, exceeding its initial target of £70,000. Here’s their crowdfunding success story.
NoshyCircle – The Brand
The global takeaway food market is estimated to reach $120 billion by the year 2023, with the UK takeaway market already estimated to be valued at £8.5 billion. With the expansion of fast food chains and a variety of junk food options readily available, there are times when it becomes difficult for the consumer to order healthy options.
Here’s where NoshyCircle comes in with a unique product offering. The NoshyCircle app, allows users to order authentic, traditional home-cooked meals prepared by passionate cooks in their own neighbourhood. The NoshyCircle app is loaded with intuitive features about customers’ orders, including information on the meal’s ingredients and its nutritional qualities. Set to launch in Harrow this November, the brand aims to scale their presence to the rest of London by the end of 2021.
NoshyCircle Crowdfunding – How Drop Studio supported them
NoshyCircle partnered with us for their crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube, and we helped them create their animated campaign video. Our goal was to highlight the unique aspects of the NoshyCircle app and their reason for crowdfunding. Drop Studio also created bespoke content for digital marketing and social media, which was used throughout the campaign. NoshyCircle also enrolled in our crowdfunding course where they perfected how to plan and launch a successful campaign and mastered the art of raising funds from Angel Investors.

NoshyCircle’s crowdfunding campaign on Crowdcube made great progress. They closed their crowdfunding round with £91,424 raised, exceeding their initial target by 130% and welcoming 144 investors on board.
