Picfair was brought to us by our partner Crowdcube. What impressed our team about the brand was how every little detail on their platform was planned with the end customer at heart. With the crowdfunding video, we had a strong focus on animating the platform, emphasizing the factors that make Picfair unique. We also created supporting assets such as photos and shorter edits from the video to be used on their socials and emails. Working with Picfair gave us a valuable insight into how to scale and monetise a photography e-commerce platform in a highly competitive market.

By the time Picfair launched their crowdfunding campaign to the wide public on the 30th of July 2018, they had already secured a big part of their goal through a private investment round, exclusive to their current shareholders. Keeping a steady progress during the next days and with a big jump on day five, they quickly surpassed their ambitious crowdfunding goal. Picfair finally closed the crowdfunding campaign at 119% overfunded and with 371 investors on board.
