Screach Crowdfunding Case Study

Screach entered the video streaming marketplace with a mission to simplify the video streaming experience. The global streaming marketplace is estimated to be around £90 million with the UK contributing roughly £3 million. To capitalise on this opportunity, Screach created a platform to make video streaming fully accessible, less confusing and cheaper for audiences. It was our pleasure to partner with Screach in creating a crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs to fund their mission. Screach – The Brand

Businesses such as bars, gyms and hotels have limited or no streaming capability, therefore leaving them behind when it comes to providing live sports content to their clientele. Such businesses have to rely on outdated satellite based services and end up spending around £90 million a year for subscription sports access.

Screach solves this problem by providing streaming capability therefore acting as an alternative to satellite distribution for streaming service providers. Moving forward, Screach will be launching an app where all streaming service providers can be found in one place, at a lower cost. They would therefore increase subscriptions, margins and broaden the number of choices for business customers. Once this is established, Screach will further extend this service to consumers.

Screach Crowdfunding – How Drop Studio supported them

Screach assigned us the job of creating their fundraising campaign on Seedrs. They enrolled in our Fundraising Accelerator which includes crowdfunding video production, an online course providing campaign guidance, a campaign manager and investor research. We wanted to build a narrative around Screach‘s mission and showcase how the platform is aiming to make video streaming accessible and cheap. Our creative team presented them with multiple video ideas and then tailor-made their crowdfunding campaign video for Seedrs. Take a look at their crowdfunding campaign video below.

Our Fundraising Accelerator also provided Screach with the tools needed to execute a successful crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs through our detailed online crowdfunding course, whilst the investor research helped them to find lead investors.

Screach Crowdfunding – Their journey on Seedrs
